  • How does Speed Limiter handle sites that alter URL?

I have setup an active session, running fidelity.com at 75 kps. The page does come up very slowly as expected. But as I navigate through various links from fidelity.com, the speed shoots right back up. For example, click "Log in" link at the top of the page. The URL now changes to "www.login.fidelity.com/ftgw/....", and it displays at normal speeds. Does Speed Limiter set the speed for all subsequent pages within a browser session? Or does it only limit the speed on the url activated from the tool?
    Thanks,
    Rich
